Ranga's Media is me, Kian Lynn. Canberra-based, solo operator, shooting and editing photo and video work for musicians, sport, brands and people who want to be seen properly.
Backstory
I started Ranga's Media because I wanted local clubs, musicians and brands to look how they deserve. Most footage of Canberra stuff online is rough phone clips. The job here is to make the work look as good as the work is. Started with small shoots and game coverage; grew into reels, portrait days, brand campaigns and ongoing work for clients posting weekly.
What I shoot
Musicians and live nights, portraits and modelling, brand campaigns, sport, events. Video-first, photos when they support the job, both when the brief calls for it.
How I work
Solo operator. I shoot it, I cut it, I deliver it. No agency layer, no upsell pressure, no team I have to coordinate. Photos by next week. Reels within the fortnight.
What I care about
The work should look like you, not like my style stamped on you. I shoot what fits the brief, the room, the subject. I'd rather under-promise on quantity and over-deliver on the frames you'll actually use. If a shoot needs less, it costs less. If it needs more, I'll tell you before the shoot, not after.
